Visions Eyewear will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.

How do I apply a discount to my purchase?
The discounts we offer are only valid for orders placed on our official website, and for a limited amount of time. If you have requested a discount code in the checkout process but it has not been applied, please check that the code was valid at the time of purchase. Where can I check the glasses dimensions?
You can check the measurements of our eyewear in the "size & fit" section of its product page.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
We do not offer prescription lenses as we do not make prescription lenses. However, in case you want to change the lenses in your optician's shop, we recommend that you choose metal or acetate glasses.
Do you have physical stores?
Currently we don't have any physical store. The only way to get Visions Eyewear is exclusively online via our website.
How to take care of your glasses?
* Do not use soap or water.
* Clean them with a soft cloth. Not your shirt.
* Don’t leave the glasses upside down, as this can scratch the lenses, or to drag them on hard surfaces.
