How long will it take to get my package?
At Visions Eyewear, we take great care in ensuring that your sunglasses arrive in perfect condition, no matter where you are in the world. Our standard delivery time is 6 to 12 business days from the moment your order is processed.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your sunglasses every step of the way. There is also a page at the bottom of this page entitled ''track my order'' where you can track your order if you enter your order number and email address.
How long do I have to return my product?
After receiving the glasses, you have 30 days to return them to us.
Do you have physical stores?
Currently we don't have any physical store. The only way to get Visions Eyewear is exclusively online via our website.
Are the sunglasses suitable for sporting activities?
The sunglasses are definitely usable during sports activities, but that is not the only thing they are meant for. You can of course always style them with your outfits and just wear them in everyday life. You are the visionary here!
What protective features do Visions Eyewear lenses have?
Visions Eyewear feature UV400 protection, shielding against 100% of ultraviolet rays.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, IDeal and Paypal.
What if my order takes longer than expected?
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery time, external factors such as customs clearance or local courier delays may occasionally cause slight delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days, please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
